If you do access the Website, and /or place an order, you thereby agree to be bound by these terms and conditions set out below.

How to Order: All orders can be placed online through the Website. Please do not e-mail your card details. No responsibility can be taken for the security of your details if given this way. All orders subject to availability. Please note that for your security if your order is over £750 in value, a Customer Service Advisor may contact you to confirm your delivery address. This may result in a delay in your order being dispatched.

Acceptance of Order: No order placed by you shall be deemed to be accepted by Jim Hall Sports until a written acknowledgement of your order is issued by Jim Hall Sports or (if earlier) Jim Hall Sports delivers the goods to you.

We comply with current legislation with regards to all our company policies, specifically the consumer protection (distance selling) regulations 2000.  We comply with current legislations in regards to returns, thus you have the right to cancel your order and return the products within seven days.

In the event of a cancellation printing and embroidery costs are non refundable once the goods have been customised. Please remember it is the customers responsibility to take care of the goods whilst they are in your possession.  Any refunds will be completed within 30 days.

Method of Payment: You can pay either by VISA,  Master Card, Switch, Maestro, Electron. We are unable to accept cheques, cash, or postal orders via the website. It is imperative that you provide the cardholder's name as it is shown on the card, and address exactly as it appears on the card statement. No responsibility can be taken by Jim Hall Sports for incorrect, or incomplete, details submitted on the website. Orders without this information will not be successfully processed. Card fraud is illegal and perpetrators will be prosecuted in all cases. We will take payment in GB pounds (£) and your payment card will be charged accordingly at the exchange rate at the time of payment taken.

We get authorisation from your card at the time we receive your order, once we have checked your card details and stock availability. Your card will be debited for goods as they are dispatched. Goods are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. A full refund will be given where you have already paid for the goods.

Pricing Policy: Any duties or local taxes are payable by the purchaser at the appropriate local rate.

Variation: Prices on Jimhallsports.co.uk may vary on occasions from those found in our retail store or in our catalogues.

The price you pay is the price displayed on this website at the time we receive your order apart from following exceptions:

While we try and ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of the goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund
